3.1 Litho

Suitable for medium to large production runs. Busy Fingers offer latest technology litho printing, using both standard CMYK as well as more advanced Hexachrome* process for an even more impactful reproduction.

In addition Busy Fingers also offers MetalFX which is a new process which allows any number of metal colours to be incorporated into a conventional CMYK print job.

Hexachrome process uses standard Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black colours but supplement these with Orange and Green to create an even greater range of pantones. This results in a much more vibrant and lifelike reproduction.

3.2 Spot Colour Printing

At Busy Fingers we offer a complete print solution whatever your print requirements.

Spot colour print is the process whereby specific colours chosen are applied directly by the press. (As opposed to full colour (CYMK) whereby colours are created by overprinting one on top of another to create the required colour).

Spot colour printing is particularly useful when exceptional vibrant and accurate specified colours are required. These are not always achievable in the full colour printing process. (Particularly in the fluorescent and metallic area)
3.3 Digital Print.

Suitable for small to medium size runs. Digital printing gives you the flexibility to produce all types of documents, in both full colour and black and white in a small cost effective manner. Even small print runs produce the best quality print. Above all, digital print is totally flexible. Information is stored digitally so you can amend, update or personalise every copy.

Due to its short print capabilities, it enables clients to control, their costs through smaller but more regular ordering, with the added advantage of enabling them to keep all their printed materials up-to-date in an ongoing manner.

3.4 Large Format Printing

Busy Fingers offers poster and banner size printing in store on a while you wait basis. We can print to any size in either full colour or black and white. If impact and the need to be noticed are vital Busy Fingers large format print capabilities will stop customers in their tracks!!!!!

3.5 Stochastic Screening

This innovative screening technology dispenses with conventional printing screens and replaces them with a random array of dots for each colour. The advantages of stochastic screening have been known in the print industry for years. With the advent of CTP (Computer to Plate) and the latest generation of super presses the technology has now come of age.

Stochastic Screening, also known as random dot screening is now offered as standard by Busy Fingers on all full colour printing. This services cannot be offered by most high street print and copy centres.

Among the many advantages is that print looks far more vibrant and better defined, being near photographic in quality.
